Our Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with SCRL. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's how refunds work.
When You Can Get a Refund
We may issue refunds for:
Technical issues that prevent you from using SCRL
Billing errors or duplicate charges
Dissatisfaction within the first 7 days of your initial purchase
We cannot refund:
Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Subscriptions where you forgot to cancel before renewal
Change of mind after extensive use of the service
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Web Subscriptions (Paddle)
Email us:
Send to: scrl@appostrophe.com
Subject: "Refund Request"
Include: Your email, order number, and reason for refund
Processing:
We'll review within 2-3 business days
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refunded to your original payment method
iOS Subscriptions (Apple)
Refunds are handled by Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find your SCRL purchase
Click "Report a Problem" and select "Request a refund"
Apple reviews and approves all iOS refund requests. We cannot process iOS refunds directly.

Android Subscriptions (Google Play)
Refunds are handled by Google:
Go to play.google.com/store/account
Find SCRL in your order history
Click "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
Google reviews and approves all Android refund requests. We cannot process Android refunds directly.

Cancelling Your Subscription
Important: Cancelling is different from getting a refund. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund your current period.
iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SCRL > Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > SCRL > Cancel Subscription
Web: Log into scrlapp.com > Account > Subscription > Cancel, or email scrl@appostrophe.com
Remember:
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription
You keep access until your current period ends
EU Consumer Rights
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, by using SCRL immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service.
To withdraw (before using SCRL):
Email scrl@appostrophe.com within 14 days
State clearly that you wish to withdraw
Full refund processed within 14 days
